In a bowl beat the egg with the melted butter and milk. Set aside.
In another bowl whisk the flour with the baking powder and sugar. Incorporate the wet ingredients into the flour, mixing constantly until incorporated.
Pour the batter into a piping bag or plastic bag with the tip cut off.
Heat a pan over medium heat, brush some oil and pour around 1 tsp batter onto it. Cook for 1 minute. Carefully flip and cook for 30 seconds more.
Remove from heat and transfer to a bowl. Serve with fruits, syrup or milk.
