Sleep Over Pizza Balls

Sleep Over Pizza Balls

I love sleepovers and am always begging my mom to have my friends over. The best part of sleepovers (other than staying up all night), is the food. Some people like to order food, I love to make food. My “Sleep Over Pizza Bites” are really cool because they are fast and easy to make, your friends will love adding their own toppings and it will give you something to do during your sleepover. Add these to the menu and your friend will scream #bestsleepoverever

Sleep Over Pizza Bites

Step 1: Cup up your biscuits

I like to use the Pillsbury Grand Biscuits (make sure you get these) and not the flaky crust ones or they won’t come out right. Open the can but watch out for the big POP! I hate that part and always make my mom open the can  (I’m a chicken) lol.

After you open the can cut each biscuit into 4’s. You can use a regular knife if you know how or a butter or plastic knife. You can also ask an adult.

Once you have them cut up roll each piece into a little ball then flatten it.

Step 2: Add your sauce

Once you have your balls ready and flattened out a little, add a spoon full of pizza sauce on top. I like this one but you can use any kind. Make sure its pizza sauce and not just tomato sauce or it won’t taste good. After you add your sauce, add a pepperoni on top and some cheese.

Step 3: Bake in the oven

Now that you have the covered in sauce and cheese, you need to put them in the oven. Ask an adult to help with this part because it can be dangerous. You want to bake them for 8-10 minuted on 350 degrees.

Once these come out the oven they will be really hot so give them about 5 minutes to cool off before you try to eat them. They are actually pretty good cold too and I have made them and have taken for lunch before.

Throw them on a pretty plate with a side of pizza sauce for dipping and your friends will love them. Your friends will all be screaming #bestsleepoverever

My daughter will love these! Any idea if they freeze well? They’re handy for school lunches, and those biscuit packages come with a lot of dough!

We usually do pizza-flavoured rolls for New Years Eve, but this seems so easy to make, too, we should give it a go! I bet it tastes delicious!
